About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - MedSurg / Tele in Gallatin, Tennessee. The position is for a 3x12 night shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
