About The Position
Our client is seeking registered nurses for MedSurg / Tele positions in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. The position is a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, health screening and vaccination documentation, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening.
