About The Position
All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis, California. Community Health System is the region’s largest healthcare provider and includes Community Medical Centers hospitals, Community Care Health, and Community Provider Network. Community Health Partners helps primary care physicians and specialists manage their practices. The Registered Nurse will join the growing Community Health Partners team in a fast-paced environment. The role collaborates with a close-knit team, supports the Practice Manager and multidisciplinary teams, and helps ensure patients receive quality, comprehensive services. The nurse participates in interdisciplinary team meetings, leads improvement activities, and provides leadership through problem resolution and mentoring.
Requirements
- Graduation from a school of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient nursing units to qualify for state licensure.
- Two years of nursing experience.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
