About The Position
The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour night shift. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered based on experience: $10,000 for 0–1 years, $15,000 for 1–3 years, and $20,000 for 3 or more years. A relocation bonus is also mentioned, but its amount is not specified. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- Current Iowa RN license required.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- ACLS required for units with telemetry monitoring.
- Complete Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.
- Basic computer skills.
