About The Position
Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Nursing has a Full-time opportunity for a qualified, dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Assessor. Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. CPT approved site.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Solid computer skills required
- Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.
- SIGMACARE experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
