About The Position

The Manager, Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides operational and clinical leadership for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories and associated invasive/noninvasive procedural areas. This role is responsible for staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
Bachelor's degree in health care, management, or nursing required
At least seven (7) years of work experience in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas
At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience
Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
Current RN license in state of Minnesota
BLS certification or obtained within 6 months NMHC Standard
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
