RN/LPN Day or Evening Shift
About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Chatham, Illinois. Day and evening schedules are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Candidates can choose their days and schedule, with part-time, full-time, and PRN hours available. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Nurses provide care in accordance with the physician’s care plan, monitor patients and document their condition, assist with daily activities, record vital signs, and provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
