About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Chatham, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Day shifts are 8 a.m.–4 p.m. and evening shifts are 4 p.m.–10 p.m., Monday through Friday. Part-time, full-time, and PRN hours are available, with flexible scheduling and the ability to choose workdays and schedule. Weekly pay is provided.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and compose patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
