About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Towanda, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes according to the physician’s care plan. Evening and night shifts are available Monday through Friday: 4 p.m.–10 p.m. or 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
