About The Position
Home Staff is dedicated to providing reliable, high quality and compassionate health care to children and adults in the comfort of their home! We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts in Edwardsville, IL. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a healthy work/life balance. No pediatric or private duty nursing experience is required. Full-time, Part-time, PRN, and Overtime Pay are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent Care preferred
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment, individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate.
- Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, output, and compose patient charts.
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
- Provide emotional support.
