About The Position

Concordia at Villa St. Joseph, a faith-based skilled nursing facility, is seeking dedicated RN/LPN professionals to join their Nursing Teams. The facility, which has served Beaver and Allegheny counties since 1997 and joined the Concordia family in 2018, offers a tranquil environment and is committed to hiring and retaining excellent staff. They are currently offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and pay for experience. Additional paid vacation days may be available for experienced hires.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing school
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
  • A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
  • Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
  • Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Supervise and support resident care staff
  • Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
