Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Willingness to utilize company-issued phone and iPad.
Commitment to customer service training.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tankless water heaters.
Experience with gas systems.
Experience with well pumps.
Nexstar Customer Service Training.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC service and repairs.
Utilize company-supplied tools, including PRO-PRESS.
Manage parts and inventory from a fully stocked warehouse.
Operate a clean, fully stocked truck.
Participate in training and development programs.
Potentially advance into leadership positions.

Benefits

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Up to $32/hour base pay ($48/hr with incentive pay)

No on-call requirement
