About The Position

This is a 12-week temporary assignment to cover maternity leave. The position is full-time, working 1st shift with 12-hour shifts. Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization that supports LPNs and provides them with the time to deliver quality, resident-centered care. Requirements

• Current RN or LPN License
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Dependable, positive, and team-focused mindset
• Passion for improving the lives of residents

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments as required
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
