RN/LPN – Part-Time (3PM–11PM, Every Weekend Required)
About The Position
St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our 2nd shift (3PM–11PM). This position requires consistent weekend availability. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board

- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio environment
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support and mentor LNAs and LMNAs to maintain a positive team environment
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: RN: $32 – $37.40/hour (based on experience), LPN: $28 – $33.40/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: Weekdays (2nd Shift): +$2/hr, Weekends (2nd Shift): +$3/hr
