About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time (3PM–11PM, Every Weekend Required) at St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Dover, NH. This is a part-time role in a 54-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to personalized care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board

- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support LNAs and LMNAs in daily resident care
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $28–$33.40/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: Weekday 2nd Shift: +$2/hour
- Shift Differentials: Weekend 2nd Shift: +$3/hour
