RN/LPN for Adult & Pediatric Home Care

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we deeply understand the value of community care and the significance of nurturing relationships within our neighborhoods. We currently have a number of home care cases available in your area, and we believe your expertise and care can truly make a difference. Tabernacle, NJ 35 year-old female client with Cerebral Palsy, history of seizures, diabetes, trach, and feeding tube. 8 hour shifts available days, evenings, and overnights. 60 year-old male client with ALS, trach/vent, g-tube, foley catheter, hoyer lift. Pets in the home. 8 hour shifts available days, evenings, and overnights. 4 year-old female client with Chron's disease & tube feedings. Attends elementary school, also receives care at home. Dog in the home. 12 hour day shifts available.
Requirements
- Skilled and compassionate nurse.
- Licensed home health care provider.
- Ability to provide individualized care emphasizing empathy, kindness, and respect.
- Willingness to work within your own hometown.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Willingness to work with clients who have pets in the home.
- Must be able to administer care for clients with trach, feeding tube, g-tube, foley catheter, and hoyer lift.
- Must be able to administer care for clients requiring tube feedings.
- Must be able to administer care for clients attending elementary school.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional home care services.
- Bring comfort and healing to patients.
- Nurture relationships within the community.
- Provide care for adult and pediatric clients with various medical conditions including Cerebral Palsy, seizures, diabetes, trach, feeding tube, ALS, trach/vent, g-tube, foley catheter, hoyer lift, and Chron's disease.
- Administer care during day, evening, and overnight shifts, including 12-hour day shifts.
