About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed practical nurses to provide care to long-term care clients in their homes. Client care options include Medsurg, trach, and vent cases. Available shifts include days, evenings, and overnights. Nurses provide one-on-one care, with flexible scheduling and cases matched near their homes. The role uses Statewise electronic charting and includes paid training and shadowing, adult and pediatric simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to long-term care clients in their homes.
• Provide care for Medsurg, trach, and vent clients.
• Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
