About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is hiring per diem Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide personalized, one-on-one pediatric care in patients’ homes. The position is for a specialized pediatric case in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Nurses will provide high-quality care, including G-tube feedings and care, TPN management, medication administration, and patient monitoring and assessment.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Required physical and immunization documentation.
- Strong clinical skills and experience providing specialized pediatric care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Perform G-tube feedings and provide G-tube care.
