About The Position
This is a 13-week contract position for an RN in the Labor and Delivery unit. The role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring maternal and fetal health, assisting with deliveries and postpartum stabilization, collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring patient safety, maintaining documentation, and responding to obstetric emergencies.
Requirements
- Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Strong acute care clinical skills
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in maternal-fetal monitoring preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor
- Assist with deliveries and postpartum stabilization
