About The Position

This position is for a Resource Pool RN III, Full Time, working the Night Shift from 7p-7a. The role involves demonstrating and promoting excellence in patient and family-centered care, collaborating with patients, families, and providers to plan and deliver individualized care, and serving as a resource to others. The nurse will consistently provide safe and effective nursing care at a proficient level, adhering to professional standards and policies. Responsibilities include assessing complex patients, analyzing patient information to identify problems and outcomes, developing and maintaining care plans, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. The role also involves providing individualized patient and family education, advancing evidence-based nursing practice, evaluating own performance, and mentoring others. Additionally, the RN III will participate in and lead interdisciplinary decision-making, improve patient care and nursing practice, and serve as a super-user for training and evaluation. They will promote accountability for quality patient care, mentor others in various hospital initiatives, and facilitate effective meeting processes. The position also requires mentoring, coaching, precepting, and teaching healthcare professionals and students, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate Degree Nursing
Nursing - 3 years of experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State
