About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026 and is seeking an RN House Supervisor to join their team. This role will involve working in a new hospital equipped with 60 private patient rooms and two rehab therapy gyms featuring cutting-edge technology. The position summary indicates that the RN House Supervisor will supervise nursing staff, assess patient needs, provide nursing care, and plan and organize training for unit staff members, participating in guidance and educational programs.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
