About The Position

The Day Shift Administrative Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for operations in all nursing departments for an assigned shift, including representing hospital Administration and department directors during their absence, and is accountable for the management of the staffing office and the "float pool". Positions that will report to, and be evaluated by, the Day Shift Administrative Supervisor are evenings, night, and relief Administrative Supervisors, staffing coordinators, the "float pool" and the Administrative Secretary. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
