About The Position

The Supervisor, House - RN provides leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The position serves as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The supervisor coordinates patient flow, manages staffing, responds to emergencies, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. The role also serves as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–2 years of related professional experience required.
• RN license for the practicing state.
• BLS and ACLS required.
