The role requires a current, valid RN license in the state where resident care is provided and two to four years of supervisory experience, preferably in geriatric long-term care. Candidates should demonstrate compassion and empathy for older adults, sound judgment, communication and coaching skills, management and delegation abilities, and respectful conflict resolution. The work requires frequent standing and walking across the campus, lifting up to 30 pounds, and responding quickly to emergencies and unexpected resident behavior.
