About The Position

RN - House Supervisor for Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, CA. This position is Part Time, 0.6 FTE and will work 12-hour Day shifts. Acts as a resource to the Nursing Management team relative to overall staffing, scheduling and budgeting. Responsible for managing the Nursing/House Supervisors, staffers, and operations of the Nursing/Staffing Office, Float Pool staff, Monitor Technicians and the Nursing Administration registry budgets. Maintains in depth knowledge and understanding of all staffing, scheduling and pay policies and procedures as well as an ability to effectively communicate this understanding. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
