About The Position

This role involves direct patient care in a hospital inpatient setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions, educating patients on surgical procedures, and recording medical information and vital signs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• COVID Vaccine - Required.
• BLS – AHA Required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.
• Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Educates patients on surgical procedures.
• Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.
