About The Position

Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of Hospice experience within the past 3 years.
- Experience with HCHB EMR system.
- Flexibility for weekend rotations (every 5th weekend) and potential need for service days.
- Ability to conduct 22-24 weekly visits.
