About The Position

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time Hospice Nurse position in the Houston Area, including North Houston, South Houston, Woodlands, Spring, Katy, and Sugarland service areas. This role emphasizes a 1:1 patient-clinician ratio, allowing for ample, undivided time with each patient to provide expert assessment and compassionate care. Nurses will guide the full healing process, adapting care plans and celebrating patient milestones. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
