About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking an Experienced RN Homecare professional to provide high-quality nursing care to patients within their homes in the Southeast MI Region. Must have Kinnser experience. This role requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who can deliver personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in homecare or community nursing settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast Mi Regional area.
- Kinnser experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain timely and confidential patient records in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
