About The Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate HomeCare Experienced RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. Must have Kinnser experience! This role involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional care and support tailored to individual needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a homecare setting.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in home healthcare nursing or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Southeast MI Regional area.
• Kinnser experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, care planning, and implementation.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to home healthcare.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
