Requirements
- Proven experience as a homecare provider or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Southeast MI Region
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
- Must have Kinnser Experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized homecare services to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Ensure client safety and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
