About The Position

The RN administers skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team. Services are provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership.
