About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time weekend Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who need intermittent professional services. The nurse teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team, and provides services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. Scheduling is flexible, but working Saturday and Sunday is required. The role includes home visits and requires dependable transportation and the ability to drive safely in all types of weather.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
