About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse. This field-based role performs skilled nursing visits and coordinates patient care, serving as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in each patient’s care. The nurse oversees visit frequency during the episode of care, consults with physicians and the office about patient care, completes accurate OASIS collection, keeps medication profiles current, and ensures lab values are reported to physicians promptly. The position includes attendance at weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings. Scheduling is flexible, but Saturday and Sunday work is required.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
