RN Home Care - 19123 (Sunday - Saturday Overnight shift)
About The Position
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC, a home health care agency providing medical and nonmedical services, is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-to-one nursing care to patients in their homes. The position offers an overnight schedule, with shifts listed as Monday through Sunday. The agency is willing to work with employees' schedules and offers part-time or full-time hours, with as few or as many hours as desired. Candidates interested in working as a 1099 contractor must have a registered company with an EIN or Tax ID number, general liability insurance, company bank details, and a workers' compensation insurance policy.
Requirements
- RN license.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home.
- Follow the plan of care for the LPN and follow the plan of care.
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care.
- Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in the patient's condition and/or response to treatment.
- Follow all clinical and office policies.
