About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Care professional to join our team in Westland, MI. Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Proven experience in home health nursing or a related clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Westland, MI area.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Kinsser software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings based on individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ health status and document changes or concerns promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
