This may be a great fit for a Registered Nurse who is retired, semi-retired, stepping away from full-time nursing, or simply looking for a flexible way to stay involved in nursing without the demands of a full-time position. Pay: $45.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time What You'll Do As our Home Care Assessment Nurse , you will: · Meet with new and existing clients in their homes Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments Develop and update client plans of care Evaluate client needs and help determine appropriate home care services Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and our clinical team Help ensure clients receive safe and appropriate care at home Complete required electronic documentation during each assessment A Flexible, As-Needed Schedule This is not a traditional shift-based nursing position. Assessments are scheduled based on client needs, giving you flexibility without a set Monday-Friday, 8-5 weekly schedule. Qualifications Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience ; home care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills Strong computer skills Current BLS certification and TB clearance Valid Nevada driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area Consistent daytime availability with occasional weekend flexibility Dependable and responsive to assessment requests Comfortable working in homes with pets Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Requirements

• Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Current BLS certification and TB clearance
• Valid Nevada driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area
• Consistent daytime availability with occasional weekend flexibility
• Dependable and responsive to assessment requests
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings
