RN Home Based Primary Care
About The Position
This is a Hybrid position, with in-person work at 2550 Charles St. The role requires 100% FTE, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Bi-Annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology.
