About The Position
This is a 100% FTE position for a Registered Nurse in Home Based Primary Care, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. The position is hybrid, with an in-person location at 2550 Charles St. The role offers a competitive compensation package including a potential sign-on bonus, shift differentials, overtime pay, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
- Provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Bi-Annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care in a home-based setting.
- Work rotating weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to a Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule.
