About The Position

This position implements and monitors patient care plans, monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. The RN Float serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. The role involves noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
