About The Position

RN - Float Pool (Acute Care) position in Augusta, Georgia. The assignment is 13 weeks, starting November 9, 2026. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week, with day and night shifts listed; the specified shift hours are 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Gross weekly pay is $2,232 for 36 hours, consisting of $23 per hour in W-2 taxable pay and a non-taxable stipend of $39 per hour.

Requirements

At least 3 years of acute care experience.
Required RN license: single-state RN or multi-state compact RN.
Required BLS certification: Basic Life Support, American Red Cross Basic Life Support, or Basic Life Support Instructor.
Associate degree in nursing or a nursing diploma required; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Completion of an accredited or approved school of nursing with required clinical hours, or direct patient care experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to use technology to support clinical care and basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
Excellent time-management skills, evidence-based nursing practice, analytical skills, and strong critical thinking skills.
