About The Position

Designs and conducts educational programs to meet organizational, audience and/or regulatory demands and to support achievement of Infirmary Health's (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• BSN degree
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, educational methodology and instructional design
• Exceptional presentation and communications skills
• BLS
• Current Alabama RN license OR Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama

Nice To Haves

• MSN with previous teaching experience
• Certified Diabetes Educator credential desired in the Diabetes Center/DERC
• Certified Dialysis Nurse credential through Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC)
