About The Position

The RN Division Resource works in the Center City Float Pool and floats to intensive care units at TJUH, TJU, and Methodist Hospital. The registered nurse performs procedures within the nursing scope of practice, administers medications safely and assesses patient responses, and participates in reviewing or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination. Schedules are available six weeks in advance. The position requires night-shift availability, three 12-hour shifts each week, four weekend shifts every six weeks, and one holiday per season.

Requirements

State-issued RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification.
At least 2 years of ICU experience.
Proof of completed ECCO course or critical care training.
Ability to work night shifts, three 12-hour shifts weekly, four weekend shifts every six weeks, and one holiday per season.
