About The Position

The RN Division Resource works in the Center City Float Pool, providing registered nursing care and floating to intensive care units at TJUH, TJU, and Methodist Hospital. The role includes performing procedures within the nursing scope of practice, administering medications safely and assessing patient responses, and participating in the review or implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination. Schedules are available six weeks in advance. The schedule commitment requires night-shift availability, three 12-hour shifts per week, four weekend shifts every six weeks, four Mondays or Fridays every six weeks, and one holiday per season. The position is based at 111 S 11th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

State-issued RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification.
At least 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
Proof of completed Essentials of Critical Care Orientation in lieu of CCRN.

BSN degree preferred.
