About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an RN Director of Clinical Services to supervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services and manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations. In-office attendance is essential except for designated full-time remote positions; occasional remote work to accommodate temporary personal needs or crises does not waive this essential function. State-specific education and experience qualifications apply in Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, and Maryland.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Hold and maintain a valid clinical license according to state requirements or applicable compact nurse license rules.
• Have previous experience practicing under the professional license for this position.
• Have at least two years of nursing experience within the immediately preceding 36 months.
• Have at least one year of home health experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care office operations.
• Hold and maintain CPR certification as required by the position.
• Hold and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
• Hold and maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Demonstrate basic technology skills, including operating a mobile device, and intermediate technology skills, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition and be able to drive safely in all types of weather.
• Demonstrate oral and written communication, fluency in English, and active listening skills.
• Arizona: Be a registered nurse with at least three years of nursing experience, including at least two years as a registered nurse providing home health services.
• Connecticut: Be a registered nurse with an active state license and meet one of the listed education and clinical experience pathways: a qualifying master's degree and one year of full-time clinical experience in home health or related community health; a bachelor's degree in nursing and three years of full-time nursing clinical experience, including one year in home health or community health; continuous employment as a home health clinical services supervisor in Connecticut since January 1, 1979; or a nursing diploma or associate degree, three years of full-time or equivalent nursing clinical experience within the past five years including one year in home health or community health, and specified community health nurse certification or coursework.
• Delaware: Be a registered nurse with at least one year of home health and supervisory experience.
• Illinois: Have a bachelor's degree in nursing and one year of nursing experience, or be a registered nurse with three years of experience, including two years in a home health or family-centered nursing program in a community health program. A person may not simultaneously hold branch director and administrator positions.
• Maryland: Have two to three years of experience or education in community nursing. Alternate branch director home health.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a management position.
• Previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability to facilitate communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes.
