About The Position

Requirements

Current Montana RN License (Or Eligible To Obtain)
Minimum One Year Hospital Case Management Leadership Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Current BLS Certification

Advanced Degree (MSN, MBA, Healthcare Administration)
Two To Five Years Hospital Case Management Leadership

Responsibilities

Lead a hospital Case Management department
Guide care coordination, discharge planning, and department operations
Mentor and develop Case Management staff
Drive quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Direct daily Case Management operations
Develop departmental goals and performance standards
Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Oversee staff development, coaching, and performance management
Collaborate with executive leadership on operational objectives
Promote efficient patient throughput and resource utilization
