About The Position

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis department. This role involves providing safe, high-quality dialysis treatments and patient-centered nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, educating patients and families, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, advocating for patients, and participating in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred
• Dialysis and/or Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments and patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and dialysis treatments
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Advocate for patients while promoting positive health outcomes
