RN - Critical Care Float Pool - FT Nights
About The Position
The RN - Critical Care Float Pool position is at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, California. This is a full-time role working 12-hour night shifts. The nurse applies specialized training to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care and help make a difference through compassionate care. Providence Mission Hospital has received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2012, 2017, and 2021, and is pursuing a fourth designation in 2025. The hospital is also recognized by U.S. News & World Report for care in 18 areas and has received awards for cardiac surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, and excellence in women's services.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire, a California Registered Nurse License is required.
- Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
