• Three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• Specialty Certification preferred.
• BLS Instructor- obtain within 6 months of hire if not already certified.
• Master s Degree Nursing required within Five (5) years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and rounds with individual hospital Directors of Education and program coordinators to assess learning needs and provide program support.
• Represents MHS or facility specific Nurse Residency and RN Fellowship Programs in external recruiting events as assigned.
• Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery of specialty program orientation, competency evaluation, and seminar presentations.
• Participates in research activities, quality improvement, or evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Designs, facilitates and assesses learning activities in MTC or facility specific Simulation Center.
