RN CONCIERGE UNIT FULL TIME NIGHTS
About The Position
The Alan B. Miller Medical Center is a new state-of-the-art hospital that will offer comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Neurosurgical services. The RN, Concierge Unit will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. This role will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, with Patient Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care. The position requires demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- One to three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
- Current FL state nursing license.
- AHA BLS certification required.
